shipping

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority, UPS, Fedex or Air Cargo. Domestic orders are billed at the time of checkout. International and Hawaii orders, see bellow.
​During the winter months we try to watch the weather conditions and will hold orders when it is cold, until the temperatures have improved. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.  

Domestic

  • All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. 
  • Heavier shipments may require an additional fee. If so you will be notified prior to shipping.

Hawaii

  • Include a copy of your import permit with your order.
  • There will be a $50.00 charge for the Certificate of Origin.
  • All orders shipped via USPS or FedEx. You will be billed actual shipping charges plus $7.00 per box for packing and handling.

International

  • Include a copy of your import permit with order, if applicable.
  • Phytosanitary Certificates are $120.00 each. 
  • The Agricultural Inspectors fee for chemical dipping start at $90 per shipment, and may be higher for large orders. Box fees are $5.00 per box.
  • Orders will be shipped via International Priority Express Mail Service (EMS), DHL or UPS. Larger orders will be shipped Air Cargo. All orders are shipped at the responsibility of the customer.
